Public Survey

We surveyed to find out what we can do better and what works. The survey consisted of six questions and got seventeen responses about their experiences using StudySphere's services. One of the questions was optional, providing the survey takers with an opportunity to write down any additional thoughts they might have. For the rest of the questions, an answer was required.

Figure 1 shows tutoring is far and away our most used service, with over 80% of students utilizing it. This validates our focus on providing quality, affordable tutoring. However, there's still room for growth by expanding subjects offered and hiring more tutors to reduce waitlists.

It's extremely encouraging that over half of students rated our quality a perfect 5 out of 5, as seen in Figure 2. The average rating of 4.4 out of 5 tells me we're delivering a high caliber service. Maintaining this level of quality as we grow will be imperative. We could also benefit from regularly soliciting student feedback to continually improve.

Figure 3 highlights that our biggest impacts are on student grades, academic support, and stress reduction. As an entrepreneur who started StudySphere to help students succeed, this is music to my ears! It means we're achieving our mission. As a next step, I'd like to better quantify our impact through metrics like average GPA increase.

While students are satisfied, figure 4 shows addressing pricing, hours, tutoring options, and advertising could make us more accessible. As an entrepreneur, I need to balance affordability with profitability. Expanding hours may require higher tuition rates, so we need to evaluate students' price sensitivity. I plan to run A/B tests with various price points and hours to optimize.

Overall, the survey confirms we have happy customers who see real value in our offerings. It also provides tangible areas to grow the business. My strategy will focus on improving our core tutoring services while expanding the subjects, hours, and capacity. The data indicates we're on the right track and have an opportunity to increase our impact on even more students!
